Courtney and Mike met on the beach, so it is only fitting to get married their as well! But could you imagine getting married on the beach with NAS Jax Blue Angels flying overhead? Because that is exactly what happened & it was the coolest way to kick off a wedding day!
Upon arriving at Casa Marina for this epic wedding, I was slightly panicked by the lack of parking and the massive crowds that were EVERYWHERE, and I couldn’t figure out what event was going on. I soon remembered the Blue Angel’s show that was scheduled to take place at Jacksonville Beach that afternoon. *shout out to CM for letting me park in the circle drive for 3 hours until the crowds filed out*.
But without skipping a beat we cruised through the wedding day and captured a ton of beautiful moments.
I swear I could hear Mike’s heart beating through his chest as he stood, patiently waiting for Courtney to walk down those steps and tap him on the shoulder so he could see his bride for the first time.
I always tell clients- even if you have a first look, the groom will still have “the look” when you turn the corner to walk down the aisle and Mike is a perfect example of that! I mean, look at that face!
After the ceremony we headed out to Jacksonville Beach for some wedding portraits. I’m obsessed!
Courtney & Mike ended the night in the most magical way- by emptying the dance floor for a final, private dance. We turned the up lights to pink, turned on their jam, and let the love flow.
It was an honor to be apart of Courtney & Mike’s big day. & I wish them years of happiness and love.
